The Frewitt Futorque X1 tablet press is engineered for research applications within developmental departments, while also supporting small-scale production runs. Designed and manufactured in full compliance with cGMP regulations, the tablet press features smooth surfaces and easily removable housing, as well as components that can be disassembled without the need for tools, thus minimizing cleaning time and maximizing overall machine accessibility, ensuring optimal performance during high-demand operations.
TABLET WEIGHT REGULATION: The powder dosing station is driven by a high-precision servo motor, ensuring dosing accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.
DRIVE: Offering a wide range of operating speeds, a powerful servo motor with a planetary gearbox delivers high torque even at low speeds.
CONTAINMENT: The containment system provided by Frewitt offers efficient solutions for both conventional cleaning methods and wash-inplace (WIP) procedures.
LUBRICATION: The standard automatic lubrication system ensures reliable lubrication of both upper and lower punches. Two independent lubrication cycles can be fully controlled directly from the operator’s touch panel.
ACCESSIBILITY:The lower section of the machine, housing the main drive and compression station, is separated from the upper processing area and enclosed within a stainless steel body. The upper section features a durable multi-layer plexiglass, equipped with an easily removable silicone gasket for quick cleaning and maintenance. Optimized accessibility allows for fast assembly and disassembly of punches and dies, as well as quick replacement of format and fill cams.
INTUITIVE SOFTWARE:The advanced, multi-gesture control software offers effortless, intuitive operation, making the machine simple to use for operators at every level. Built-in recipe and batch management ensures fast setup and reliable process control, while comprehensive reporting tools allow easy export of data to PDF or CSV formats.
