The crusher unit allows an easy break down of solid blocks and extraction / feeding of the lumps directly into the grinding unit. It is highly effective even with the most demanding products and its GMP design avoids any product contamination. The crusher unit is equipped with with stators for pre‑crushing and 2 rotating blades having different geometry. Motorization crusher unit: motor 0.55 kW with frequency converter for a stepless rotor speed from 13 - 20 rpm
