The ProFi-Extract 1200 delivers high torque, making it suitable for dense, sticky, or highly cohesive products requiring greater force to maintain flow.
ProFi-Extract is a fluidization system that effectively prevents bridge formation. Dust-proof discharge aided with three rotating blades or “swords” (with different shapes) gently maintains the product in constant movement (fluidization). This module provides good flow behavior and prevents bridge formation. The unit can be used to cover a system, to empty a drier or to discharge powder from a silo in order to achieve the desired powder flow behavior. Frewitt offers two ProFi-Extract models: the 600 and the 1200.
